sunday night, i got a text from my mom that said, “jake has calico girlfriend. very friendly. even friendlier to him! we may have kittens soon.” i’ve seen them wrestling around across the street when i’d get home from school or work or wherever. it had been a few nights since i had seen him until today. i got home from work around 9, he jumped on my car and as i was getting out, he was gettin in my face tryin to love on me. i asked him where his lady was and he started looking around. meowing, followed me to the door, ran inside my house, still meowing. i picked him up and held him. my mom told me they had fish for dinner tonight. they shared some with him, and she said his calico lady came over and he stepped back and let her have it all. ISN’T THAT SO SWEET? MY CAT IS IN LOVE.
